SHIPPING AND SALES TAX INFORMATION

Shipping within the United States - Please place your orders on our website for shipping within the US. We ship to street addresses in the contiguous United States.

For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam; PO/APO boxes; or APO/FPO addresses, please email us at [email protected] as that is not offered directly on our website.

Marigold Living will not be responsible for shipping charges and cost of merchandise on packages that are returned or lost because an incorrect or a PO/APO/FPO address is entered on our website by the customer.

MARIGOLD LIVING WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING CHARGES AND COST OF MERCHANDISE ON PACKAGES NOT RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER, IF THE TRACKING INFORMATION FROM THE CARRIER SHOWS THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SUCCESFULLY DELIVERED. International Shipping - We offer International Shipping via DHL (typically costs $20 and above, delivery in about 3 weeks), FedEx International Economy (typically costs $65/- and above, delivery in about 1 to 2 weeks) and FedEx International Priority. We require signature confirmation upon delivery on all International Orders, so please plan to have someone available to sign for the package on the expected delivery date based on tracking information.

Please email us your order at [email protected] by taking a screenshot of the shopping cart with your full order. Also provide your full shipping address, phone number and email address for receiving tracking information. We will respond as soon as we can within 1 business day with the estimated shipping cost. Once we receive a confirmation on email accepting the shipping cost, we will send an invoice on PayPal for the merchandise and the shipping charges where you can use your card to make the payment. We will then get the order shipped. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may occur.

For orders placed on our website, we offer standard ground shipping via USPS and FedEx.

If USPS does not deliver to your address, please email us at [email protected] so we can make sure we ship via FedEx only to your location.

DELIVERY AND PROCESSING TIME FOR STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING

Most purchases are processed and shipped to arrive within 5-10 business days from the time of order placement.

Once an order has been placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, orders ship out in 2 business days from our fulfillment center in Michigan. Estimated delivery time frame is 2-7 business days depending on the address, and can take up to 14 days to remote locations.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We are not responsible for events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather-related delays, or other unexpected circumstances.

Your order will be sent with a packing slip of all the items included in the shipment. You must retain this and you will need to send a copy of the packing slip when you make a return.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY ON ORDERS EXCEEDING $750/- IN VALUE INCLUDING SALES TAX AND DELIVERY FEE

We require signature confirmation upon delivery if the total order value including sales tax and delivery fee exceeds $750/-.

For USPS delivery, if a signature is required and there is no one to accept the package and sign for it, the mail carrier will leave a note and the package will be taken back to the post office. You will need to go to the local post office to pick up the package and sign for it.

For Fedex delivery, if a signature is required and there is no one to accept the package and sign for it, FedEx will leave a door tag asking the receiver to contact them and make arrangements for re-delivery or pickup. If FedEx does not get a reply, they will return the package back to our fulfillment company’s address in Michigan. Please note Marigold Living is not responsible for the return shipping charges and the same will be charged back to the customer.

ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND TRACKING INFORMATION

After you complete the checkout process, a confirmation page will show your order number with a summary of your transaction. We recommend you print and retain this to facilitate returns, and for any order related questions.

You will receive an order confirmation email, provided that we have an accurate email address. Please retain this email and "REPLY" to it with the Order Confirmation information on it for making a return or for any order related questions or comments.

Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with details of which items have been sent, along with tracking information. Please look for the package on the expected date of delivery per tracking information to avoid any risk of theft or loss after it has been delivered. Contact the local office of the carrier promptly to find a package noted as "Delivered" per the tracking information, but not received by you. If theft after delivery is suspected, please contact your local police department.

ORDER CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION AND EXCHANGES

Please review your selections, quantities and other information carefully before you complete your order. We regret once an order has been submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it or provide any exchanges. You can make a return and obtain merchandise refund per our Return Policy.

SALES TAX

All purchases shipped to locations within New York State and Michigan State are subject to sales tax in accordance with state and local laws. Our physical presence in these 2 states from where we conduct our business requires us to collect sales tax on behalf of these states. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes if any, applicable to merchandise shipped to locations outside of these states.
