RETURN POLICY

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can make a return and obtain full refund of the merchandise value subject to the following terms:

  1. Returns must be made within the RETURN WINDOWS by first emailing to customer service per RETURN EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS noted below.
  2. RETURN WINDOWS:
    1. FULL PRICE ITEMS - Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase date.
    2. SALE ITEMS - Return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase date.
    3. FINAL SALE ITEMS - NO RETURNS
  3. Returned merchandise must be in perfect original condition and not have been used, laundered or altered in any way. Please make sure there is no pet hair or inadvertent dirt marks from handling on any items returned.
  4. When returning you must re-pack each individual item separately in its original packaging with the product label or in similar protective packaging to prevent any damage to the fine textiles. Please save the original labeled packaging and send that back with your return. Items returned without the original labeled packaging may be subject to a $10 restocking fee per item.
  5. You are eligible for refund only after Marigold Living receives the items and confirms they are in perfect resalable condition.
  6. Return of quilts with fluffy cotton filling will incur a $20/- restocking fee per quilt.
  7. We reserve the right to charge re-stocking fees of up to $25 on return of orders over $500/- (order value not including quilts with fluffy cotton filling).
  8. Marigold Living retains the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met and we may ship it back to you at your expense.
  9. Original and return related shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part of sending incorrect items, defective or damaged items.
  10. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of a damaged package so we can resolve the matter with the carrier.

RETURN EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS TO OBTAIN A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

  1. To initiate a return, please contact customer service by sending “REPLY” to the Order Confirmation email you received and include in your email the following details for items you want to return: (a) Name of Product you want to return (b) Product Code (c) Quantity you want to return. We would appreciate if you can provide reason for your return or any feedback with any concerns.
  2. If you do not have the order confirmation email, email us at [email protected] and provide the following information in addition to details requested above for products you want to return: (a) Order Number (b) Name on the order (c) Phone no. (d) Email address.
  3. We will reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is required to make a return.
  4. Marigold Living reserves the right to refuse a return if you do not have a RMA number.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PACKAGE

  1. Please print a copy of the email with the RMA number with return and order confirmation information on it and include in your package.
  2. Also include a copy of the packing slip you would have received with your order.
  3. Each individual item returned must be re-packed separately in its original labeled packaging (which must be returned) or similar protective packaging.
  4. Please pack items to be returned in an appropriate shipping box and seal securely.
  5. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Marigold Living is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.

REFUND

  1. Returns are processed upon receipt of the goods within 2 business days.
  2. Returns are refunded for the merchandise price in the original payment form on the same credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
  3. Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
  4. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender.
  5. The refund may take a few days to appear on your credit statement.
