Nothing can instantly transform a room quite like the perfect curtains. Our pole top Indian indigo curtains feature an elegant small motif design above a spotted border, adding color and character to your space. The word indigo comes from the Greek word for the dye “indikon,” meaning a product from India, the earliest major center for indigo production.

Using a dye-resistant paste typically made with wax or mud, our designs are hand block printed on white fabric. The fabric is then dipped in an indigo dye bath after which the resist is removed, resulting in an eye-catching pattern standing out in white against the colored background.

These striking cotton indigo panels pop against subtly shaded palettes — or show magnificently against a boldly colored wall.
