Nothing can instantly transform a room quite like the perfect curtains. Our Indian indigo curtains feature an elegant small motif design above a spotted border, adding color and character to your space. The word indigo comes from the Greek word for the dye “indikon,” meaning a product from India, the earliest major center for indigo production.
Using a dye-resistant paste typically made with mud (locally known as dabu), our designs are hand block printed on white fabric. The fabric is then dipped in an indigo dye bath after which the resist is removed, resulting in an eye-catching pattern standing out in white against the colored background.

- Hand or machine wash separately in cold water on gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent without any bleach or fabric softeners.
- Do not soak or wring the fabrics. Scrub gently if needed.
- Tumble dry on low heat or air dry in the shade.
- Iron at medium setting.
- Test stain remover on a small area before applying.
